WHAT IS BUC ? It is called has building use certificate that given by the municipal corporation. It is given to builder after completed the project/building. Municipal corporation visit the site/project after completed the project to check that builder has completed the project has per design or not and another things they check that builder has given the connection of gas , water , electricity to customer or not.
