WHAT IS NOC ? An NOC is a No Objection Certi ficate to mortgage the propert y given by the legal owner of the property to the Bank. This is required in cases where th e legal owner of the property is different from the benefici al owner. Some examples are co -operative housing societies w ho legally own the property bu t the members have the right t o occupy specific premises and to transfer such rights. एनओसी एक अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र है जो संपत्ति के कानूनी मालिक द्वारा दी गई संपत्ति को बैंक को गिरवी रखने के लिए है। यह उन मामलों में आवश्यक है जहां संपत्ति का कानूनी मालिक लाभकारी स्वामी से अलग है। कुछ उदाहरण सहकारी हाउसिंग सोसायटी हैं जो कानूनी रूप से संपत्ति के मालिक हैं लेकिन सदस्यों को विशिष्ट परिसर पर कब्जा करने और ऐसे अधिकारों को हस्तांतरित करने का अधिकार है।
